Although ALL of God's promises are "yes in Christ," He doesn't always answer my prayers as I think is best. But in His infinite love and wisdom, His ways are far better than I can ever ask or imagine.

When I let go of my expectations of others, I can love each person as God loves me, with no strings attached. And, when I let go of trying to meet the expectations of others, I experience the “rest” Jesus offers.

The world offers false promises; a peace that does not last. But Jesus offers a better Way, inviting me to rest in Him. He invites me into relationship.

Of all the gifts God generously gave, nothing is more valuable than Jesus, who surrendered His rights to enter our world. Like a diamond, He is multifaceted, reflecting the riches of His love...
